Students brainstormed ideas in their Inquiry Journals and then shared ideas about their own personal design for a Marble Maze.
Everyone found a partner and worked together to combine their ideas for the perfect Marble Maze design. First, they drew a scale model of the maze. Next, they built their maze using a board, straws and tape.

The students presented their Marble Maze and explained and demonstrated how each of Newton's 3 Laws of Motion related to their Marble Maze. They also discussed any changes that had to be made or challenges they faced.
